The Valley of Viñales was declared a National Park in 2001 and Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999.  This slow, relaxed traditional settlement is a tiny agricultural town that just happens to grow tobacco, occupying one of Cuba's most beautiful natural corners.
