What are your cancellation policies?

All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the client, to A2AJourneys / A2A Safaris. All trips are subject to the following cancellation fees based on the number of days before your trip start date that we receive your written cancellation request:

Schedule of Cancellation Fees (cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by our suppliers and vendors):

  • More than 75 days prior to the trip start date: Loss of deposit.
  • Between 75 days and 45 days (inclusive): 50% of full trip cost.
  • Less than 45 days prior to the start date (inclusive): 100% of the full trip cost.

Should you fail to join the itinerary or join it after the start date or leave it prior to its completion no refunds can be made, thereby incurring 100% cancellation costs.

Cancellations and/or any revisions made on all air tickets after receipt of full payment and issuance of tickets will also be subject to cancellation charges.

Cancellations and/or any revisions made to itineraries after your confirmation (and deposit payment) may be subject to cancellation charges.

We strongly recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage, at the time of deposit.
